PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a trouble caused by a nozzle fitting error by detecting it with sure. SOLUTION: Related to an inspection method for nozzle fitting state wherein fitting state of a nozzle for sucking electronic parts to an electronic part mounting device is inspected, the electronic part mounting device is operated according to an operation program stored in a nozzle check program storage part 21, and a nozzle which is to be inspected is moved to an inspection position and the nozzle is imaged by an electronic part recognizing camera 8. An imaging result is recognized, which is compared to a nozzle data stored in a nozzle data storage part 22 for discriminating existence and kind of a nozzle which is to be inspected, and when a nozzle fitting error is detected based on the discrimination result, an report is issued by a report means 27. |
