PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for controlling an inverter that can obtain an output voltage with less waveform deformation, even when in input DC voltage is fluctuated. SOLUTION: To drive an induction motor 4 by an inverter circuit 3, an excitation current command value is generated from excitation current command equipment 6, an output voltage command value is created by the excitation current command value and an output frequency command ω, and an inverter is controlled. The maximum voltage that can be outputted by the inverter is obtained by an input DC voltage Vdc of the inverter, and a correction excitation current command value conforming to the maximum voltage is generated. When the output voltage command value becomes higher than the maximum voltage that can be outputted by the inverter, the above maximum voltage is used as the correction output voltage command value for controlling the inverter. |
