The present invention provides a portable cooking and/or heating apparatus (10) comprising an oven chamber (14) in which food may be roasted or baked. Mounted above the oven chamber is a fuel chamber (16), the fuel chamber (16) defining a mouth portion appositely disposed to the oven chamber and adapted for grilling food thereon. Disposed between the oven chamber and the fuel chamber is a convex apertured plate which permits air to flow between the oven chamber and the fuel chamber, thereby heating the oven chamber. |
