PURPOSE: A load sharing method is provided to be capable of performing speedy call manipulation by performing real-time load sharing manipulation at point when a mobile call is generated. CONSTITUTION: A load sharing method comprises obtaining a call discrimination code from a received message of a base station; judging whether the received message is a starting message of a sender; seizing, if so, the number of servicing upper processors(718); assigning upper processor corresponding to a remaining value obtained by dividing the seized number by the call discrimination code(720); storing the assigned upper processor(722); obtaining, if not, upper processors stored corresponding to the call discrimination code(728); and forwarding the received message to a corresponding upper processor(724).
