PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor that a) can prevent destruction of components due to static electricity or the like, b) attains downsizing and HIC processing, c) with high reliability, that d) needs not a noise protection element at a low cost and with high workability. SOLUTION: A pattern 8a connected to an electrode 6 and a pattern 8b connected to GND form a noise protection gap G in the circuit pattern on a board 7 on which an oscillation circuit and a chip component 10 or the like are mounted. A protection member 9 made of a peelable coating film is adhered to the gap G to prevent malfunction due to intrusion of a sealing material.
