PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by preventing welding defects at a conductive part which is located at a base board. SOLUTION: A plurality of positioning holes 14 are formed on a row of conductive parts 11b and 12b. When the conductive parts 11b and 12b are subjected to ultrasonic welding, fitting protrusions are fitted to each positioning hole 14, and the flexible boards 11 and 12 are positioned.
