PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting nut structure capable of easily performing the temporary stop of an antenna to an antenna bolt part in mounting an antenna for an automobile on an automobile. SOLUTION: A nut 31 to be screwed into a bolt part for fixing an antenna is constituted of a nut member 32, a facing ring 33, and a connecting member 34 by which the nut member 32 is connected to the facing ring 33 so as to be made rotatable. The nut member 32 is formed with a circular protrusion 36 having a circular groove 35 to be connected to the connecting member 34, and the connecting member 34 is made of elastic materials, and formed with an engagement part 37 to be engaged with the circular groove 35 of the nut member 32, a hook-shaped part 38 for temporary stop to be engaged with a screw 30 of a base 22, and a detent part 39 to be inserted into a slit part 29 of the base 22. The facing ring 33 is formed like an ash tray whose outer periphery is provided with an erecting part 40, and formed with a hole 41 to be fit into the circular protrusion 36 of the nut member 32 and an opening 42 for allowing the detent part 39 of the connecting member 34 to escape to the outer peripheral erecting part 40.
