PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation wall structure and a separation wall forming method having good working procedures capable of constituting a separation wall continued on a beam coated with a fire resistive covering material by a fire resistive coating sprayed layer with simple constitution and carrying out separation wall forming work by a separation wall constructor after the work of a sprayer is finished. SOLUTION: Runner mounting substrate metal fittings 2 are mounted to the lower surface of a metal-made beam 1. The outside of the metal-made beam 1 including the sides and the insides of the runner mounting substrate metal fittings 2 is coated with a fire resistive coating sprayed layer 3 on which the fire resistive covering material is sprayed. An upper runner 4 is fixed to the lower surface on which the fire resistive covering material of the runner mounting substrate metal fittings 2 is not sprayed with an anchor device 5. A lower runner 7 is fixed on a floor 6. The upper end of each of fire resistive boards 8 respectively arranged to both sides of the lower runner 7 is fixed to the upper runner 4 and, at the same time, the lower end of each of the fire resistive boards 8 is fixed to the lower runner 7 to constitute the separation wall 9.
