PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluctuation therapy method and a fluctuation therapy apparatus which can effectively cure a disease by using low frequency current, electromagnetic waves and/or sound waves. SOLUTION: A plurality of oscillating frequencies of an oscillator 12 of this wave therapy apparatus are selected corresponding to the kind of a disease by a frequency controller 18 and waves of the frequencies are oscillated for prescribed set time varying the frequency gradually higher from the lower frequency side. Waves are simultaneously or separately oscillated and injected into a human body from a therapeutic electrode 14 and an indifferent electrode 16 when the wave is low frequency current, from an oscillating coil when an electromagnetic wave, and from a sound oscillator when a sound wave.
