A remote control system between portable terminals and an upgrade system and method using the remote control system are provided to demand and permit a control right between portable terminals using H324 protocols, so a control portable terminal remotely upgrade required data from an auxiliary portable terminal by using the control right of the auxiliary portable terminal. A control portable terminal(230) generates a control right request message and a control signal to send the message and the signal to an auxiliary portable terminal(250), and displays control screen information of the auxiliary terminal(250) received from the auxiliary terminal(250). The auxiliary terminal(250) selectively transfers a control right for controlling the terminal to the control terminal(230), sends the currently displayed control screen information to the control terminal(230), and is controlled according to a control signal received from the control terminal(230). A mobile communication system(270) forms communication channels(210) for transceiving signals between the terminals(230,250).
