<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a member to a strut, formed by simple work although a set screw is used for fixing the member, and strongly fastening the set screw to firmly fix the member. <P>SOLUTION: A screw member 2 is used, whereby tap-threading is not required for a side wall part 11 of a cylindrical part 1 so that fixing can be achieved using a set small screw 3 by simple work. A flange part 23 larger than a through hole 12 is provided on the inner wall 111 side of the side wall part 11 of the screw member 2 penetrated in the through hole 12, whereby even when the set screw 3 is fastened to a threaded hole, there is no risk that the screw member 2 is shifted to this side or slips off.
