A man-machine interface suitable for use in a cockpit of a means of transport, comprising at least one display for data, provided on a medium (4), relating to operating parameters of the means of transport, wherein said data display: • comprises a low-definition display (3), i.e. a display that does not have defined contours and does not require optical accommodation, arranged behind the medium; • is capable of diffusing a light flux (8) towards said medium and towards the user's field of vision; characterized in that: - said low-definition display is covered by a light diffuser (13) located between the medium and the low-definition display, - the data display is selected from, or in combination with, one of the following: a standard or high-definition display and an instrument set display. |
