PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device which transmits/receives data with an opposite terminal at an accessibility mode which guarantees browsing corresponding to a bodily trouble or deterioration of a function of an operator.SOLUTION: When a source device is operated, content data is transmitted and meta data for accessibility mode is separately transmitted. A sink unit optimally displays the received content data by inner control corresponding to the meta data for accessibility mode. When the sink unit is operated, the sink unit transmits operation information corresponding to browsing guarantee property to the source unit as it is.
