PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a droop of a molten metal when forming a clad layer, and to suppress the damage of a blade tool when contouring the clad layer.SOLUTION: A processing method of a valve seat part comprises: a step for forming an inclined part 15a which is inclined to a combustion chamber side toward the inside from the outside of a counter-bored groove 14 at a bottom face 14a of the counter-bored groove 14 in advance when forming the annular counter-bored groove 14 at an opening end of a port 11 at the combustion chamber side in a cylinder head raw material 10; a step for forming a clad layer 20 for a valve seat by irradiating metal powder supplied to the counter-bored groove 14 with a laser beam in a state that an axial direction of the counter-bored groove 14 is made to progress along a vertical direction; and a step for cutting the clad layer 20 together with the cylinder head raw material 10 by contouring processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
