PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support safety driving by guiding the mental condition of an operator so as to be suitable for a travel environment.SOLUTION: The mental condition guidance device includes: a first detection part 101 for detecting an operator mental condition as the current mental condition of the operator of a traveling object; an acquisition part 102 for acquiring travel environment information indicating the travel environment of a route on which the traveling object travels, a second detection part 103 for detecting a target mental condition as a mental condition suitable for the operator to operate the traveling object in accordance with the travel environment information acquired by the acquisition part 102; and a control part 104 for controlling a guidance part 105 which guides the mental condition of the operator by changing an indoor environment of the traveling object in accordance with a difference between the target mental condition and the operator mental condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
