Provided are a sheet for sheet pipes that is capable of being formed securely and easily into a tubular shape and a sheet pipe sheet-forming device that is capable of low cost and time efficient installation. A sheet for sheet pipes and a forming device therefor configured so that, of the edges of a flexible synthetic resin sheet in which multiple pores have been pierced, a pair of parallel edges form portions that are joined when the sheet is formed in a tubular shape. On one of said edges, multiple tongue sections provided with inserted sections and notched sections, which are narrower than said inserted sections, are formed in a row at regular intervals. On the other edge, multiple incisions are provided in a row to correspond to the multiple tongue sections. When the tongue sections and incisions are mutually bent and the tongue sections are inserted in the incisions from above to form the tubular shape, the margin of the inserted section of the bent tongue section can be inserted following the inner surface of the bent incision. |
