PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information outputting device by which adjusting control of audio information and video information can be carried out synchronously while considering influence of the adjusted information on a reproduced result. SOLUTION: On the basis of a reproduction timing difference C between video information and audio information, reproduction of the video is delayed from that of the audio, and if luminance information of the video is the predetermined value or less, a video decoder 74 skips the information of one frame equivalent from the video information. Contrarily, if reproduction of the video is quicker than that of the audio and the luminance information of the video is the predetermined value or less, the information for one frame equivalent is repeatedly reproduced in the video decoder 74 from the video information. |
