摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the anti-slip effect of a bathtub by a method wherein a bathtub- like forming is performed after a coating film is locally applied in the fashion of an uneven pattern by screen printing on the surface of the bottom surface portion of the bathtub of a rigid synthetic resin flat plate. SOLUTION: On the surface of a portion, which forms the bottom surface of a bathtub, nearly at the center of a rigid synthetic resin flat plate 1, an ultraviolet curing paint, the viscosity of which is 150-350 poise by Lions viscometer, is screen- printed with a synthetic rubber cage on a 30 mesh screen and then irradiated with ultraviolet rays by moving a high pressure mercury lamp so as to form a staggered and scattered circle patterned coating film. The flat plate 1, on which the coating film 11 is formed, under the state being held on a female mold 3 is heated and softened. By vacuumizing the gap between the flat plate 1 and the female mold 3 through the evacuation through the airing pipe 31 of the female mold 3, the flat plate 1 is sucked to the female mold 3, resulting in being formed into the shape of a bathtub. After the resultant plate is cooled and hardened, vacuum is stopped by charging air in the female mold 3 through the airing pipe 31 so as to unload a formed bathtub 4. Thus, unevenness having sharp edges is formed, resulting in improving the anti-slip effect of the bathtub.
