PURPOSE:To locate sound in the middle in a front direction by outputting a sound retarded from a rear speaker by a difference signal between L and R and reproducing a monaural signal such as speech by an actor or a vocal especially from the front center. CONSTITUTION:The sum of electric signals L, R from a front central speaker 8C is formed at an L+R circuit of a synthesis section 2 and reproduced through a power amplifier 7L+R as a monaural signal of L+R. Since the monaural signal is the same in L and R, signals of L, R are cancelled by an L-R circuit of a comparison section 3, then no sound is reproduced from rear speakers 9L, 9R. In this case, the L and R signals are synthesized by the L+R circuit of the synthesis section 2 in the front center and reproduced from the front center speaker 8C. Thus, the sound located in the front center is obtained. |
