<p>PURPOSE:To perform the adjustment of a shape with good accuracy after predicting the future variation of the shape by deciding the latest target shape data, control gain, etc., based on the shape variation tendency and latest actual shape information and performing the shape adjustment based thereon. CONSTITUTION:In a metal rolling shape adjusting device 1, the actual shape data of elongation and tense detected from the sensor of a roll rolling mill 2 side is stored as well as collected periodically by a sampling means. The variation tendency of the actual shape and latest actual shape information are operated from the actual shape data stored in the sampling means by a shape variation tendency arithmetic means. Moreover the shape is adjusted with good accuracy by adjusting the target shape data to be given to the control gain or shape control part of the case of setting the target shape, based on the variation tendency and latest actual shape information.</p> |
