<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of an input rotational body to be caused by a chuck pressure of a cutting machine by receiving the chuck pressure by means of an auxiliary disc formed on a side end of a poly-V-pulley, in the input rotational body provided with the poly-V-pulley of a solenoid clutch where a pulley diameter is small and an outer cylindrical part of the input rotational body has low rigidity. CONSTITUTION:An input rotational body 20 is integrally composed of an outer cylindrical part 21, an inner cylindrical part 22, a disc plate 23, a small-sized multistage V-groove pulley (poly-V-pulley) 25, and a reinforcing disc plate 26. The members 21 to 23 are sectionally U-shaped. The pulley 25 is provided on an outer periphery of the cylindrical part 21, while the disc plate 26 is provided on the side end of the cylindrical part 21. It is thus possible to improve reliability without deteriorating accuracy of an input rotational body, improve an yield of products, reduce processing stages for improving accuracy, and improve cost performance.</p> |
