PURPOSE:To provide a ticket issuing device by which an illegal action or a confusion can be previously prevented. CONSTITUTION:An area in which a private recording can be individually operated through a communication network by plural ticket issuing centers 2A-2N is provided on a ticket, and one part of information related with a service condition transmitted from a ticket issuing center is printed in the area on the ticket as it is based on the input of a user. At the same time, one part or whole part of the information owned by ticket issuing devices 1A-1N, information from the ticket issuing center, and the information inputted by the user is enciphered by a key for the ticket issuing device, and recorded on a ticket 13. Thus, the dishonest alter of the ticket to a different service offering condition, or a different user or ticket issuing center can be easily identified, and the illegal action or the confusion can be prevented. |
