PURPOSE:To reduce noise in electrification without largely increasing the weight of a photoreceptor drum by pressing a sliding member provided inside the photoreceptor drum to freely slide on the inner wall surface of the photoreceptor drum with specified frictional force. CONSTITUTION:The sliding member 111 formed of acrylic resin, ABS resin, polycarbonate resin incorporated with glass or the like and having a slit extending in a longitudinal direction is inserted inside the cylindrical photoreceptor drum 11, and both ends of the drum 11 are closed by flanges 112. The dimension of the outside diameter and the surface roughness of the sliding member 111 are previously set so that the member 111 comes into contact with the inner wall of the drum 11 with the specified frictional force when the member 111 is arranged inside the drum 11. Namely, the outside diameter of the sliding member 111 is formed to be larger than the inside diameter of the drum 11, and the member 111 is inserted in the drum 11 by contracting its outside diameter by the slit. It is desirable to set force required to relatively move the drum 11 and the sliding member 111 to 0.5 to 12.5kgf. |
