PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the oozing of a tacky adhesive from the divided end edge when a label sheet is divided to a plurality and to facilitate the operation to peel the release paper of the label piece after the division. SOLUTION: The label sheet A having the tacky adhesive 2 and the release paper 3 on the rear surface side of a label base material 1 is the label sheet A formed by forming a belt-like part B uncoated with the tacky adhesive on the rear surface side of the label sheet A, providing the label base material 1 in the region corresponding to the belt-like part B uncoated with the tacky adhesive with perforations 5 for cutting off, providing the release paper 3 within the region corresponding to the belt-like part B uncoated with the tacky adhesive with a slit 6 and forming the perforations 5 for cutting off and the slit 6 in different positions.
