PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the stationary retention of granular processing agent in a dissolving tank by surely stirring the granular processing agent flowing down to the dissolving tank and dissolving it in aqueous solution. SOLUTION: The so-called chamfering of the respective corner parts of the side wall 104S of the dissolving tank 104 is executed and the chamfering of four corners of the bottom part thereof with respect to a bottom plate 104B is executed besides. Then, the inside circumferential surface thereof is formed by connecting the mutually adjacent walls 104S and connecting the side walls 104S and the plate 104B in a circular-arc state. The plate 104B is conically formed and all ridge lines R are formed to be circular-arc extending over the whole circumference. Thus, since a substance dropping down through the walls 104S and the plate 104B hardly receives resistance (frictional force), it is concentrated at one place of an aperture part by gravity. The bottom part side of the inside wall of the dissolving tank is formed of a curved surface shaped like the bottom of a ship extending over 1/3 to 1/2 of the height size of the dissolving tank in terms of the size.
