PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind device capable of bringing an open condition immediately in case of emergency. SOLUTION: This blind device 1 is provided with a blind 5 composed of many slats 4 arranged mutually in parallel in the vertical direction between longitudinal frames 2 and 3, an expansible link mechanism 7 arranged in the longitudinal frames 2 and 3, a link lifting mechanism 9 lifting an upper end part of the link mechanism 7 to arrange the blind 5 at an opening part closing position, a tilt mechanism 10 connected with the link mechanism 7, and an emergency opening mechanism 11 releasing lifting of the upper end part of the link mechanism 7 by the link lifting mechanism 9 to arrange the blind 5 at an opening part opening position.
