PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain a cellular phone 11 in a stable state using a charger 1 when photographing an image by the cellular phone 11 built into a CCD camera 15. SOLUTION: A retention section 8 for placement by inserting the cellular phone 11 is provided at the charger 1 separately from a retention section 3 for charging by inserting the cellular phone 11 on charging, thus utilizing the charger 1 as a stand for photographing with the cellular phone 11 and retaining the cellular phone 11 in a stable state.
