<p>The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions in particulate form or in solid dosage forms comprising a combination of a fibrate, notably fenofibrate, and a statin (also known as a HMG CoA reductase inhibitors), which compositions are manufactured without any need of addition of water or an aqueous medium and wherein at least 80% of the active substances (i.e. the fibrate and the statin) are present in the composition in dissolved form in order to ensure suitable bioavailability of both active ingredients upon oral administration.</p> |
