PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wiped dirt from getting the hand of a worker dirty through a synthetic resin layer by laminating an absorbing layer on a nonwoven fabric layer having liquid absorptivity and laminating a synthetic resin layer having waterproofing and oil-proofing properties on this absorbing layer. SOLUTION: A hand wiper used for a static wiping material for wiping dirt on machinery in printing, painting, and mechanical industries is formed by laminating an absorbing layer on a nonwoven fabric layer having liquid absorptivity and laminating a synthetic resin layer having waterproofing and oil-proofing properties on this absorbing layer. In this case, it is preferable that span race nonwoven fabrics, which is rich in bulkiness, soft, less fluffy so as to lose less fiber, and rich in liquid absorbing performance, is used for the nonwoven fabric layer and highly water absorbing polymer is contained in the absorbing layer. Natural fibers having liquid absorptivity such as cotton and linen and regenerated fibers such as rayon are used as fibers for constituting the nonwoven fabric to provide the nonwoven fabric with the liquid absorptivity and hydrophilic treatment applied to the nonwoven fabric composed of thermoplastic resin such as polyamide also provides it with the liquid absorptivity. |
