It is intended to provide a method of improving the absorbability of oxidized coenzyme Q₁₀ by formulating it into a composition comprising oxidized coenzyme Q₁₀ together with lysolecithin and a fat. A composition for oral administration, which is a composition containing oxidized coenzyme Q₁₀, lysolecithin and a fat and in which the weight ratio of lysolecithin to oxidized coenzyme Q₁₀ is 0.7 or more, shows a high absorbability of oxidized coenzyme Q₁₀ and is applicable to foods, foods with nutrient function claims, foods for specified health uses, nutritious supplements, nutrients, animal drugs, drinks, feeds, pet foods, cosmetics, drugs, quasi drugs, therapeutics, remedies or the like.
