<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the freshness of lubricating oil stored inside and extend a period until the lubricating oil becomes waste oil, compared to conventional cases. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission is provided with a transmission case 14 mounted to an output side of a power source and having an opening hole 17 communicating the inner part storing lubricating oil with the outer part and a plug 18 for closing the opening hole 17. The transmission case 14 is constituted so that the inner part storing lubricating oil can be sealed with the plug 18 closing the opening hole 17, and a pressure buffering device 21 for absorbing pressure fluctuation of the sealed inner part of the transmission case 14 is provided in the plug 18.
