The organic material is treated in five principal stages, including a Fischer-Tropsch-type synthesis to produce ultimately gaseous, naphtha, kerosene and gasoil cuts, - The process stages are as follows - (1) submission of the solid charge to gasification to convert to a synthesis gas comprising carbon monoxide and hydrogen; - (2) submission of the synthesis gas to a purification treatment including an adjustment to increase the molar ratio of hydrogen to carbon monoxide to a pre-determined value; - (3) submission of the purified synthesis gas to a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis to obtain gaseous and liquid effluents; - (4) fractionation of the liquid effluent to obtain two selected cuts from the group of gaseous, naphtha, kerosene and gasoil cuts; and - (5) recycling of part of the naphtha cut to the first stage. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the installation of the process.
|
