PURPOSE:To enable a glass plate which protects the photodetective surface of a solar cell to be lessened in light reflectivity and enhanced in light transmittance. CONSTITUTION:Ions of Ar, He, O, N, or the like are implanted into the surface of a glass plate 6 at doses of 1X10<17>-5X10<17> ions/cm<2>. A solar cell can be improved in energy conversion efficiency and resistance to flaws and radiation. |
