The present invention relates to a hamburger sauce and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the method for preparing the hamburger sauce comprises the following steps: adding predetermined amounts of hot sauce, tomato juice, tomato ketchup, olive leaves, and other additives to roasted onions; heating the same in the appropriate temperature range for a short period of time while stirring the same; adding starch syrup to the resultant product and re-heating the same; and aging the resultant product for a predetermined period. The method for preparing the sauce for hamburger: appropriately harmonizes unique fresh flavor of the tomatoes, tangy spicy flavor of the hot sauce, and unique flavor of the olive leaves, thereby improving the texture of hamburger itself, refreshes aftertaste, and increasing the appetite of a user; and has excellent preservative quality of the sauce itself and preservative quality of volatile compounds even when storing the sauce for a long period of time, thereby preparing novel flavored sauce which can be utilized as secondary seasonings for various hamburgers and meats. |
