PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide therapeutic compositions and cosmetic compositions that can control the wound healing process in both acute or chronic wounds so that the damaged tissue is replaced by new tissue with no functional or cosmetic impairment.SOLUTION: The invention provides therapeutic and cosmetic compositions comprising a mixture of at least two choroid plexus (CP) secreted proteins selected from VEGF, CTGF, PDGF, BMP-7, FGF-2, TGF-β, TGF-α, IL-6, IL-8/CXC chemokine, IGF-1, cystatin, α-2 microglobulin, pleiotropic factor β, NGF, NT, transthyretin, retinoic acid, PTHLH, haptocorrin, tropomodulin 3, PEDF, β-2-microglobulin, somatostatin, fibronectin, laminin β1, and secreted extracellular matrix factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
