PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently leave an appropriate circumstantial evidence when an accident occurs in a vehicle.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 30 includes: a dangerous state determination section 38 for determining whether a vehicle is in danger on the basis of data to be obtained from sensors (a sensor group) mounted on the vehicle; and an image synthesis section 40 for synthesizing image data captured by multiple cameras (a camera group) mounted on the vehicle from the point of time of detection that the danger is coming near in driving the vehicle, and generating synthetic image data for enabling the recognition of a state in a direction where the danger comes near and the recognition of states in directions other than the direction where the danger comes near.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
