PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation air conditioning device capable of improving heating performance by heat recovery with a heat exchanger while taking the air of high temperature from ventilation air of a plurality of other rooms.SOLUTION: A ventilation air conditioning device includes a refrigeration cycle composed of a compressor 30, a first heat exchanger 14, pressure reduction means 31, and a second heat exchanger 15, an air distribution device for sending air to the heat exchangers, temperature detection means and opening/closing means disposed for each of other room suction ports, and control means for controlling them. The air of high temperature is sucked with priority by detecting the temperature of the air sucked from the plurality of other room suction ports, and expanding an opening of the opening/closing means disposed on the other room suction port of high air temperature, so as to increase heat quantity capable of being recovered by increasing the temperature of the air flowing to the second heat exchanger 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
