PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine whether or not to cancel data in a reception buffer on the occurrence of a delay in the reception buffer, to recover the delay.SOLUTION: A communication device which performs transmission or reception of a voice signal includes: a reception buffer which stores voice data including a voice signal and a state signal indicative of the transmission state or the reception state of the communication device; a data control unit which reads out the voice data stored in the reception buffer; and a reception buffer control unit which performs delay recovery processing when the number of the voice data stored in the reception buffer is larger than a preset number. Further, the reception buffer control unit determines, in the delay recovery processing, whether or not to cancel the voice data stored in the reception buffer, on the basis of the state signal included in the voice data read out by the data control unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
