PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a handicapped in eye sight to freely set a timer and improve the quality of life level by providing a projection point and a projecting line on key surface and emitting voice at every touch of the key. SOLUTION: For making the touch of keys easily sensible, a projection 2ee is provided on the surface of the digit 5 key and a drawn line 3cc is provided on a start time key 3c . A switch of an object component is connected at ON state. After pushing the start time key 3c , numeric keys 2a to 2j are pushed to set a time to be operated in 24 hours method. The digit of the key pushed from the voice emission part is indicated with voice. After pushing an operation end key 3d , the numeric keys 2a to 2j are pushed to set a time to terminate a component in 24 hours method. The digit of the key pushed from the voice emission part is indicated with voice. When a time reservation key 3a is pushed, the operation start time and the work end time are set. Simultaneously, the set time is indicated on a display 6 and vocal sound is uttered from the voice emission part.
