Polarized compositions of lead zirconatetitanate containing one or more of the additives cobalt, magnesium and chromium are aged by a repeated cycle of heating and cooling. The invention includes the use of PZT ceramics including tin, hafnium, calcium and strontium as substituents. In one example 0.3% by weight of Cr2O3 is added to the composition Pb1.0(Sn0.20Zr0.32Ti0.48)O3. |
