The Sacks are manufactured from tubing or folded film by the use of an electrically heated welding head. The revolving, roller type welding head with paraxial welding edges or wires has longitudinal projections around the head which lower the contact pressure between the head and the material by lifting the material into the region of the weld line to produce an unbroken seam. |
