PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication betting system, communication betting method, and communication device in which plural bettor can exactly and easily operate betting, and the betting can be obtained from each bettor. SOLUTION: A bettor operates betting for preliminarily decided choice, or choice preliminarily applied prior to betting through a portable terminal 1. The portable terminal 1 generates betting information constituted of a betting content inputted by the bettor and identification information for identifying the pertinent portable terminal 1 or the bettor who operates betting through the pertinent portable terminal 1, and transmits it through a base station 2 to a center station 3. The center station 3 receives the betting information, and manages the betting for each choice and each betting origin identified by the identification information. |
