Cell characterised in that it includes an air cushion 8 which can be expelled through an operating device, consisting of a tool 1 which moves the deforming part 4, inside the deformable collector 5, which moves the electrode 10 towards the electrode 6 reducing to nought the thickness of the tubular air cushion 8, thus constituting an electro-chemical generator.
