摘要 |
The method for preparing unrefined corn wine comprises: (a) pulverizing the corn and putting in water for 8-10 hrs; (b) mixing the above corn-powder with starch syrup and boiling; (c) cooling the mixture until 30≦̸C and adding starch syrup to the cooled mxiture; (d) boiling the above mixture and removing sediments of the boiled mixture; (e) boiling down the mixture without sediments and cooling to 50≦̸C (f) mixing malted wheat and enzymes of yeast with the cooled mixture and sealing the mixture containing malted wheat in a vessel. (g) fermenting the mixture for 7-8 days.
