<p>PURPOSE:To perform distribution and exchange under balanced buffering delay with respect to respective accumulation cells by adding routing control information which has been outputted in response to information of having read cell call identification number to the having read cell and outputting it to a self routing switch. CONSTITUTION:The writing into a pair of buffers and a cell processing are independently performed at every unit time, and a read control means 8 reads the reading from the pair of buffers. Prior to it, the read control means 8 retrieves whether a pair of buffers is idle/blocked. Updated CP=1 and output VCI=2 are summed up in an addition circuit 62, are given to a conversion table 66 through a selector 64 and sre used for the index. Output VCI=7 and TAG=1 which have been read from the conversion table 66 are added to information data of a cell B which has passed through a delay circuit 70 in a selector 68 and are inputted to the self routing switch. Thus, the reading of respective pairs of buffers can be performed uniformly.</p> |
