Modification to any seat back in such a way as to instal a device able to serve as a photographic advertising medium. The modification consists in forming a groove 1 on three sides in the uprights 2 on their inner faces and in the transverse support 3 on its inner face. The reinforcement 4 receives both sides of a reproduction 5 which is covered by a protective sheet 6. The device formed by the assembly of the elements 4, 5, 6 is slid into the groove 1 in such a way as to completely occupy that part of the seat back which is reserved for it, and it will be held by a backing plate 7 which makes it possible to compensate for the thickness of the transverse support 8 and the thickness of the device 4, 5, 6. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for publicity promotion. <IMAGE>
