发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OPTIMIZING OPERATION OF PRINTER
摘要 PURPOSE: To increase the throughput of a printer while reducing the waste of a material and the abrasion of a part by measuring one or more predetermined circumferential environment condition of a printer by a starting demand of printing and calling out an operation sub-routine corresponding to the measured environment condition. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus 30 includes one set of built-in environment sensors 32, 34 and the sensor 32 is a conventional temp. sensor and measures the circumferential temp. of a printer and the second sensor 34 is a conventional humidity sensor and measures the circumferential humidity of the printer. These sensors supply analogue outputs 32a, 34a to a multiplexer(MUX). For example, the multiplexer selects one of temp. and humidity analogue outputs under the control of a microprocessor to deliver the selected output to an analogue/digital converter 40 along a conductor 38. This converter 40 is also controlled by the microprocessor. The MUX 36 receives the designation of the microprocessor 44 to be changed over between the temp. and humidity detecting positions of a logic switch, that is, the MUX 36.
