A fuel-injection distributor pump for internal combustion engines comprises at least one pump piston (13) movable in a cylinder bore to pump fuel from a working chamber (19), the axial delivery stroke movement of the piston being produced by a cam drive (7) in the form of a roller follower (14) cooperating with a cam ring (9). At least one of these parts of the cam drive (7) can be angularly rotated by an adjustment device for the purpose of adjusting the commencement of the fuel-injection. In the embodiment shown the adjustment device is integrated in the housing (1) which receives the cam drive (7). The adjustment device comprises radially protruding pressure blades (33) on the cam ring (9), each of which extend into a respective pressure chamber (35) in the pump housing (1). Each blade (33) divides the respective pressure chamber (35) into two pressure chambers (37). By controlling the pressure in these pressure chambers it is possible to rotate the cam ring (9) over a large angular range. <IMAGE>
