PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse voltage generator used for a grow starter and a starting circuit thereof. SOLUTION: Bi-metals 13 and 14 are provided at the left and right and curved in the same direction depending upon the ambient temperature. This pulse voltage generator is used for a grow starter so that the startup discharge when the lamp goes ON half wave rectifies the circuit current voltage with diode, power discharge is generated as the bi-metal on an active side only, and the high voltage biased to a half cycle can preheat both filaments 4 and 5 promptly. |
