PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow measuring device and a flow distribution measuring device by which the flow distribution of air in a small space can be measured. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of round-bar like sensor heads 1 which are arranged with a specified interval of distance and have an axial direction almost orthogonal to the flow of air, and a measurement computing device 3 which energizes the sensor heads 1 to heat them and computes the flow velocity and flow angle of air flowing around the sensor heads 1 according to current value at the time when the quantity of generated heat is balanced with that of heat the air flowing around the sensor heads absorb. Then, the sensor heads 1 are comprised of insulative round bar 4 and two metallic films 5a and 5b adhered to the surface of the round bar respectively, and the films 5a and 5b have the same area and are arranged line- symmetrically with an interval of distance in the circumferential direction against the diameter of the round bar 4 in the specified direction, which is the same direction for the respective round bars, and the device 3 gives a current to the films 5a and 5b. |
